- Eligibility: Cabswale is intended for use by licensed cab drivers in India who are at least 18 years of age. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
- User Accounts: To use Cabswale, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Services: Cabswale connects cab drivers to facilitate business exchanges, such as sharing rides, referrals, and job opportunities. The app is a platform for communication and does not guarantee any specific outcomes or business transactions.
- User Conduct: You agree to use Cabswale in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, harassment, fraud, spamming, or sharing false or misleading information. Cabswale reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
- Fees and Payments: Cabswale may charge fees for certain services or features. Any fees will be clearly disclosed within the app. Payments for services between drivers are to be arranged directly between the parties involved.
- Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
- Intellectual Property: Cabswale and all content, logos, and trademarks associated with it are the property of Cabswale and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, modify, or distribute any content from the app without prior written consent.
- Limitation of Liability: Cabswale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including any business losses or disputes between drivers.
- Termination: Cabswale reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
- Amendments: We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app. Your continued use of Cabswale constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [insert jurisdiction].
