      • • Services are considered delivered once both parties have confirmed completion within the app. For instance, in a ride-sharing scenario, service completion occurs when the ride has been successfully completed and acknowledged by both drivers.

      • • If a service delivery issue cannot be resolved between drivers, the affected party may report the issue to Cabswale’s support team. While Cabswale may review the situation, it does not guarantee a resolution or compensation.
